Method 203 Reopened for Comment (3/8/01)

On February 25, 2001, EPA issued a Federal Register notice that reopened Method 203, "Determination of the Opacity Emissions from Stationary Sources by Continuous Opacity Monitoring Systems" for comment. The comment period ends March 30, 2001. A copy of Method 203 is available in our FTP library. Comments concerning Method 203 should be directed to Rick Solomon of EPA at (919) 541-5242.
