On April 21, 2000, EPA published in the Federal Register an Interpretative Rule. The rule, among other things, explains which combustion source categories (of those constructed after June 29, 1998) will be subject to "case-by-case" MACT determinations. RMB has learned that an incorrect version of the rule was actually published in the Federal Register.
