Proposed Revisions to Part 75 (5/17/01)

This week, the EPA administrator signed a package of proposed revisions to Part 75. The Agency will accept comments on these proposed revisions for a 45 day period, which will start on the date it officially appears in the Federal Register. An unofficial redline/strikeout version of Part 75 incorporating the proposed revisions is available on our FTP library.
