EPA has removed two objectionable provisions from its proposed revisions to Subpart Da of 40 CFR Part 60. The Agency removed the provision that would have required the use of Part 75 missing data procedures for use in determining compliance with the Part 60 emission limitations. It also removed a change that would have significantly altered the definition of a boiler operating day.
