EPA has extended the deadline for submitting Part 75 quarterly reports (EDR files) to August 14, 2000 and has posted a notice on their website to this effect. It has also come to our attention that EPA recognizes that the June 28 EDR revisions might be difficult to implement prior to the deadline for the second quarter and that failure to implement those revisions should not trigger resubmission.
