EPA released flow monitoring policy guidance to answer questions that might arise when applying the new flow Test Methods 2F, 2 G and 2H. The question and answer style guidance addresses recommended procedures for implementing the new flow methods, reporting requirements associated with the test methods, and specific guidance regarding the application of Method 2H wall effect correction factors.
