CAM Rule in Federal Register (10/22/97)

The CAM rule was published in the Federal Register today and has an effective date of November 21, 1997. We have added the Federal Register Notice PDF file to our FTP Library. This file will print an exact duplicate of the Federal Register when printed from an Adobe PDF reader.
