NOx Budget Program Compliance (12/05/00)

RMB recently prepared a "white paper" that provides an overview of the NOx trading program requirements established by 40 CFR Part 96 and 40 CFR Part 97 (also known as the NOx SIP rule and the Section 126 rule, respectively). The paper provides an introduction to the compliance issues associated with the NOx budget programs. A copy of this paper is available in our FTP Library.
