NOX Apportionment Guidance for Common Stacks (12/17/99)

On November 29, 1999, EPA issued Section 24 of the Acid Rain Program Policy Manual that provides guidance concerning NOx monitoring and apportionment methodologies for common stacks. Section 24 was excluded from the revised Policy Manual published by EPA in October 1999. A copy of this document can be downloaded from our FTP Library.
